PART III: Perth Fashion Festival 2012 {An Evening with Flannel}

I felt like I was in Paris....

An Evening with Flannel was unlike any other fashion event Perth has seen. The Museum of WA's Hacket Hall was transformed into a 1920's soiree by former Vogue editor Meg Gray and Perth Fashion Festival's Chelsey Wayte. It was like we had stepped back into the age of the The Great Gatsby and the atmosphere was magical.

Models sipped Pommery Champagne as they mingled with the guests around the bar and lounge areas introducing the first few looks of Flannel's new Summer 2012 collection, Neronis.

Guests were seated at long tables dressed with fresh orchids and 'small gardens' in vases for the three course banquet.
With pearls in their hair, the fresh faced models gracefully walked around the room presenting more pieces from the collection Neronis. Featuring rose fringed silk jackets and dresses with ornate embroidery and velvet trims, lots of lace in monochromatic colours and beautiful easy-wear day dresses with subtle prints in mint and coral.
